2010 Readyfest West
When: Thursday, August 19, 2010- 3:00 PM-7:00 PM
Where: Glen Este High School, 4342 Glen-Este Withamsville Rd
Free School Supplies, New Shoes, Socks, & Underwear for Grades K-5
This is a day when West Clermont Elementary School Children on the free/reduced lunch program can obtain free school supplies. Please bring either your medical card or proof of income. These will be your entry to Readyfest. If this is a problem, call your case worker. You will also need to bring proof of residency.

ReplyDeleteI have an issue. My kids and I are presently homeless-living at a hotel and dont have 'proof of residence'. We have medical card and food stamp assistance and we have always lived in Clermont County and my kids in West Clermont schools....can anyone tell me if I will have an issue receiving school supplies at the readyfest west?
ReplyDeleteYour receipt from the hotel should be ok as your proof of residency. You might also want to take a copy of a report card. If you have any questions our phone number is 943-6900 or the district office is 943-5000.
